First Quantum Minerals invites suitably qualified graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Program at Kansanshi Mining Plc.

- Mining Engineering
- Metallurgy
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Control Systems Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Human Resource or related field
- Supply Chain Management or related field
- Environmental and Natural Resource Management
Experience
No prior work experience is required. Internship or practical experience within mining operations will be an added advantage.
Operational Requirements
Candidates must be prepared to work at a remote mining site in Zambia, operate in diverse weather and cross-cultural environments, and travel across FQM sites locally and internationally when required.
