About the Role
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our corporate office. You’ll support daily front-desk operations for a multi-disciplinary company operating in telecom maintenance, oil & gas, construction, and fiber optic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and contractors professionally. Manage walk-ins and maintain a welcoming reception area
- Call & Mail Handling: Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the right departments, and manage company correspondence/courier services.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling appointments for management.
- Administrative Support:Maintain visitor logs, handle basic filing, document scanning, and other admin tasks.
- Office Coordination: Support HR and admin team with office supplies, internal memos, and logistics for meetings.
- Professional Image:Uphold the company’s corporate image through appearance, communication, and conduct.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc or HND in any discipline. Courses in Mass Comm, Business Admin, or Office Management are an advantage.
- Experience:Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Admin Assistant in a corporate/technical organization.
- Skills: Excellent verbal + written communication in English. Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace. Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Neat appearance, punctual, discreet, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate
