Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the cashier team to ensure efficient and friendly service.

• Manage till floats, cash balancing, and end-of-day reporting.

• Resolve customer queries and handle escalations professionally.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and store standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior cashier role within retail/supermarket environments.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
