Key Responsibilities to include
- Conduct gender, social inclusion, and disability assessments.
- Identify barriers to participation and recommend inclusive solutions.
- Mainstream GESI and disability inclusion across project activities and processes.
- Develop inclusion strategies, action plans, and practical tools.
- Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for staff and stakeholders.
- Support the development of gender- and disability-sensitive monitoring frameworks.
- Prepare reports and recommendations to strengthen inclusive programming.
Qualifications
- Degree in Gender Studies, Social Development, Sociology, Disability Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion GESI and disability inclusion.
- Experience conducting assessments, facilitating training, and developing inclusion strategies.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and report-writing skills.
- Experience with donor-funded or development projects is an added advantage.
