Job Description
To provide basic support across different departments to ensure daily operations run smoothly. This involves helping with tasks such as customer service, stock handling, cleaning, handling repairs etc.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service.
Assist with customer inquiries and basic product or service information.
Pack, unpack and organize warehouse, shop and back-up area.
Keep workplace clean, neat and tidy at all times.
Support staff with daily tasks as required.
Load and offload goods as required.
Assist with deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and report stock shortages to management.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties assign by management.
Requirements
Gr. 12
Drivers license with pdp (must have)
