  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Managing all cash transactions in the workplace 
  • Maintaining daily records of the daily transactions
  • Issuing Certificates of fitness and reports when required
  • Organising daily work
Specific responsibilities : 
  • Identify customers' need,clarify information, and provide solutions
  • Keep records in database in a comprehensive way 
  • Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures
  • Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request, answering questions, offering assistance 
Profile : 
  • Good Communication skill 
  • HSC Holder 
  • Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with the public and government personnel 
Requires skills : 
  • Verbal Communication 
  • Must be able to think quickly 
  • Should be professional, courteous, organized and a capable problem solver
