Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel branches.
- Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and occupancy rates.
- Develop operational processes and service standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor management and staff teams.
- Improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor budgets, operational performance, and profitability.
- Build strategic partnerships and corporate relationships.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and service delivery.
- Provide regular operational and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management.
- Experience managing multi-branch hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to increase sales and business performance.
- Excellent customer relationship and public engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and team management.
- Must currently reside in Nigeria and be willing to work in Delta State
- Outspoken and confident personality.
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop sustainable operational systems and staff capacity.
- Professional appearance and strong business ethics.
