Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel branches.
  • Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and occupancy rates.
  • Develop operational processes and service standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor management and staff teams.
  • Improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor budgets, operational performance, and profitability.
  • Build strategic partnerships and corporate relationships.
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and service delivery.
  • Provide regular operational and performance reports to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management.
  • Experience managing multi-branch hospitality operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and business performance.
  • Excellent customer relationship and public engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and team management.
  • Must currently reside in Nigeria and be willing to work in Delta State
  • Outspoken and confident personality.
  • Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop sustainable operational systems and staff capacity.
  • Professional appearance and strong business ethics.


This role is open to:

  • Qualified non-Nigerian nationals currently residing in Nigeria,
  • Candidates with valid legal authorization to work within Nigeria.
