Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in telecommunications or ICT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Strong engineering background (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related discipline)
- Experience in the Oil and Gas Sector is required
- Demonstrated experience in organizational restructuring and operational transformation
- Proven leadership in managing multiple teams across projects
- Deep understanding of telecom systems, infrastructure, and service delivery models
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
