✅ Key Responsibilities
Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups
Handle administrative and office coordination tasks
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all duties
Support communication between management and departments
Perform multitasking duties in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
Ability to manage schedules and executive communications
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Valid driving license and confident driving skills required
Turkish language is an added advantage
