Requirements

• 5–10 years’ leadership experience in a general management, operational, or commercial role
• Strong strategic thinking with proven execution capability
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing business
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Solid commercial acumen and ability to balance growth and performance
• Passion for building teams and contributing to a purpose-driven business

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company’s strategic priorities in alignment with the Board
• Align leadership and teams to clear goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools through regular visits and

  establish trusted partnerships with school principals and key decision-makers
  
• Drive a culture of accountability, urgency, and high performance
• Drive sales growth by actively identifying opportunities and promoting solutions
• Identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and solve problems decisively
• Strengthen operational rhythm, reporting discipline, and management focus
• Coordinate across commercial, product, and delivery functions
• Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective action
• Build a scalable, commercially sound, and efficient organisation
