General Manager - Luxury Boutique Hotel, West Africa Our client operates one of the leading luxury boutique Hotels in West Africa and they now require an experienced, professional General Manager to lead the team. Candidates must be used to dealing with high end clientele and government dignitaries and providing an excellent overall guest experience at all times. Key attributes for the role : At least 3 years General Manager experience in a luxury property, preferably with below 100 rooms Experience working in African and remote / hardship location exposure would be a big advantage Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with various different stakeholders Fluency in English is a pre-requisite Outstanding attention to detail with strong financial controls and solid business acumen Ability to problem-solve, prioritise and multitask - this role is hands on and the successful candidate must be a great organiser who can think on their feet!
