Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Business Administration
5 to 10 Years of Management Experience in a General Management Position
Understanding of Agricultural Markets, Legislation, and Customer Needs
Proven Ability to Think Strategically, Coach Teams, and Build Networks
Demonstrated Skill in Executing Business Plans and Delivering on KPIs
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
