KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing organisational goals and strategic direction
- Full staff management, including development and performance oversight
- Annual production planning and execution
- Managing and controlling all production activities
- Cost-effective management of production-related processes
- Compiling and managing annual budgets
- Implementing and improving systems and processes
- Quality control and maintaining high standards
- Overseeing all production-related administration
- Ensuring sound management practices across all departments
REQUIREMENTS: - Tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field
- Proven track record in production management (stone fruit production experience)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
