Job Summary
Eden Business S.Co. invites qualified professionals to apply for the position of General Service Supervisor. The successful candidates will supervise shift-based general service operations and ensure uninterrupted factory support by coordinating security, cleaning, utilities, transport, facilities, and production support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security guards, cleaners, and general service staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of factory facilities and compound.
- Coordinate electricity, water, transport, and other utility services to support continuous production.
- Monitor employee and visitor access and ensure compliance with company security procedures.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and security standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Respond to emergencies, prepare daily shift reports, and conduct proper shift handovers.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR & Administration Manager.
