Recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client | Position: Geologists (2 Positions)
DMS HR Consultancy is recruiting qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals on behalf of our esteemed Client across various key sectors.
Position: Geologists (2 Positions)
Location: Field Sites / Exploration Tenements, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute field geological mapping, geochemical sampling, core logging, and geophysical interpretation.
- Perform 3D geological modeling, mineral resource estimation, and grade control evaluations.
- Supervise exploration drilling rigs, sampling protocols, and QA/QC analytical workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive exploration databases, section plans, and spatial geological datasets (GIS / Leapfrog / Datamine).
- Ensure full compliance with field safety guidelines, mining regulations, and environmental management plans.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Mandatory: Full Grade 12 Certificate with minimum 5 O-Level Passes (including English).
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Geology or Applied Geology from a recognised institution.
- Professional Registration: Valid Geological Institute / Professional Body registration.
- Experience: 8 – 10 Years in field exploration & resource modeling.
- Proficiency in specialized geological modeling software and GIS applications.
- Willingness to work on field exploration projects in remote locations.
