SURGO Namibia is recruiting for an experienced German Customer Service Support Agent to join their team based in Windhoek.
The role as Customer Service Support Agent:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Scoping
- Troubleshooting
- Resolving customer queries via phone, chat and email
Required profile for job ad : German Customer Service Agent
Requirements:
- Well versed in German and English (spoken, read and written)
- Grade 12
- Namibian Citizen
- 1 to 2 years’ customer service experience essential
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Contact Centre environment advantageous
- Ability to work shifts - 24/7 Rotational Shifts
Salary:
- Market related, based on the level of experience
