Your Responsibilities:
- Support engineering, technical, service, and operational teams
- Assist with technical problem-solving and project coordination
- Learn industry-leading products, systems, and business processes
- Work alongside experienced engineers and professionals
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
- Participate in structured training and development programmes
- Build practical engineering and business skills in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (recent graduate)
- Up to 1 year's relevant work experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong interest in engineering, technical services, projects, or operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
- Team player with strong problem-solving ability
