Graduate Trainee Commercial Sales Jobs in Lusaka – Programme Overview This full-time Graduate Trainee Programme offers a practical introduction to commercial sales within a fast-paced digital technology company. Trainees will gain exposure to essential sales functions, customer relationship management, and business development strategies, preparing them for a successful career in the commercial sector.
Who Should Apply?
To be eligible for this programme, applicants must:
- Have graduated between 2024 and 2026 with a degree or qualification in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Be under 25 years of age at the time of application.
- Not currently hold full-time employment.
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Show enthusiasm for sales, customer engagement, business development, and digital technology.
- Be proactive, results-driven, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively within a team.
