Job Summary
The Graphic Design Trainee role offers a hands-on learning opportunity for emerging creative talent to develop engaging visual content. Operating within a collaborative & creative kitchen, the trainees will focus on building high-impact assets that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Visual Asset Creation: Assist in designing eye-catching graphics and digital media layouts for diverse platforms.
- Motion Design Support: Collaborate on basic motion graphics and scroll-stopping visual content to boost digital presence.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior designers to learn industry-standard creative workflows, tools, and brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Core Design Skills: Fundamental understanding of design principles with a strong passion for digital graphics.
- Software Familiarity: Basic knowledge or enthusiasm for learning design software like Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop (Ps).
- Target Profile: Open to all applicants, with a preference for female candidates looking to kickstart their design careers.
