Role Overview
- We are seeking a skilled Graphics Designer / Videographer to support Phase3 Telecom’s corporate communications and branding efforts. This role combines visual design and video production, focusing on translating approved briefs into high-quality graphics and compelling video content for digital, broadcast, and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual materials for digital platforms, presentations, reports, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and video treatments in line with approved brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs and video content for web, social media, broadcast, and internal use.
- Maintain visual and audiovisual consistency across all outputs.
- Ensure all creative materials align with Phase3 Telecom’s brand identity, tone, and corporate standards.
- Review all graphics and video content for accuracy, clarity, and production readiness.
- Execute tasks strictly based on approved briefs from the Head, Corporate Communications.
- Collaborate with communications officers, writers, and other stakeholders on content development.
- Implement feedback accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Organise and maintain media assets, project files, and video archives.
- Prepare final files for digital publication, broadcast, or print production.
- Support coverage of corporate events, activations, and field activities through photography and videography.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate concepts and written content into engaging visual and video outputs.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in both graphic design and videography/video editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both design work and video productions.
