A well-established and respected financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Group Benefits Senior Representative & Service Manager to join its Employee Benefits division. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong technical knowledge of group risk, retirement funds, medical aid, and employee benefits administration.

Relevant qualification in Finance, Employee Benefits, Business Administration, or a related field.

RE5 qualification advantageous.
โ
Minimum 5 years' experience within Employee Benefits, Retirement Funds, Group Risk, or Financial Services.
โ
Strong understanding of pension funds, provident funds, group life, disability, funeral, and medical aid products.
โ
Excellent client relationship management skills.
โ
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
โ
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
โ
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry systems.
โ
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
