This well-known award-winning 5* boutique hotel in the Winelands is in search of a highly polished, well-organised and professional GUEST RELATION HOSTESS & FRONT OFFICE DUTY MANAGER to plan; create, coordinate and arrange all VIP guest itineraries from arrival to departure including reservations to welcoming on the day of arrival as well as to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest stay, check-out and departure experience. REQUIREMENTS: Qualification in Hotel or Hospitality Mgt, Travel & Tourism Ideally 3 - 4 years’ experience in Front Office Concierge and Hotel Reservations Excellent knowledge of Property Management Systems such as Opera PMS by Oracle Strong computer literacy of MS Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent Admin, Planning & Coordinating Skills are ESSENTIAL Highly proficient in English with additional languages is advantageous Self-assured and positive when dealing with highly distinguished guests
