Eswatini Mobile invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced and results-driven professionals for the position of Head of Commercial.
1. Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to the commercial function, drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships and ensure the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue, market-share and profitability targets.

Lead sales, marketing, product development and customer-retention initiatives.

Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams and strategic partnerships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and commercial performance.

Enhance customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage commercial budgets, forecasts, pricing and performance reporting.

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing commercial team.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and company policies.
3. Qualifications and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or a related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in commercial, sales or marketing leadership, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.

Proven track record in revenue growth, sales performance and strategic business development.

Experience in budgeting, business planning, market analysis and team leadership.
