Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead maintenance operations across a large multi-site network in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategy.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Manage HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, generators, plumbing and facilities.
- Oversee contractors and maintenance budgets.
- Drive asset reliability and operational excellence.
- Lead maintenance teams across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience.
- Strong multi-site maintenance leadership experience.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of critical building systems.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
