Role and responsibilities of Head –Production / Operations

• Define and implement the company’s manufacturing vision and roadmap.

• Develop short- and long-term strategies to support business growth.

• Align manufacturing goals with corporate objectives and budgets.

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing performance across plants and facilities. Monitoring of root cause analysis of repetitive issues and implementation of solution 

• Ensure production targets are met with high quality and efficiency.

• Establish and enforce quality control systems across all manufacturing units.

• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards.

• Oversee integration of digital tools for monitoring and analytics.

• Encourage innovation in processes and product development.

• Track KPIs such as yield, downtime, throughput, and cost per unit.

• Implement technology-enabled quality assurance systems.
