Head Teacher

• Establishing the school's mission, creating realistic School Improvement Plans (SIP), and ensuring full compliance with educational regulations and local policies.
• Overseeing curriculum implementation, setting high academic standards, monitoring student performance data, and encouraging innovative teaching methodologies.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating teachers and support staff. This includes organising sustained professional development and fostering a collaborative, motivating work environment.
•  Taking ultimate responsibility for child protection policies, promoting positive behaviour, and addressing mental health and pastoral support needs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of NCE
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience
