Headteacher

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, curriculum delivery, assessment, and technology integration.
• School Administration and Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the school, consequent oversee, ensuring efficient operations, policy implementation and execution, budgeting, and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Staff Leadership and Development: Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff while fostering professional development, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance: Build strong relationships with parents, the PTA, management, and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with GES regulations, preparing management reports, and upholding child safeguarding standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's Degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Ghanaian curriculum and educational policies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
