We are seeking a Health and Safety Officer / Responsable Santé et Sécurité to join our team. This position involves developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive safety policies, proactively identifying and assessing workplace risks, and conducting training sessions to promote safety awareness among staff. The role requires working in a dynamic environment dedicated to maintaining a secure and compliant workplace.
Missions:

• Design and implement effective health and safety policies tailored to the company's operational needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and control potential occupational hazards to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Conduct training programs and awareness campaigns to ensure employees understand and follow safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and prepare for safety audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with various teams to continuously improve working conditions and overall safety standards.

Profile:

• Required experience level in health and safety management: from 2 to 5 years, 5 to 10 years, or more than 10 years.
• Required education level: technical school, college, HND, bachelor's degree, master's, or doctorate.
• Languages required: Arabic (good proficiency), English (good proficiency).
• Relevant industry sectors: electrical, electronic, optical, and precision equipment; environmental services; recycling; healthcare; pharmaceuticals; hospitals; medical devices; manufacturing industries; production; paper; wood; rubber; plastics; glass; tobacco.
