🔎 About the Role

As a hostess, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for leadership, and luxury hospitality.

🌟 What You’ll Do

Key Responsibility 1: Receive and record guests' reservations and assign tables

• Key Responsibility 2: Greet guests at entrance of dining room, restaurant, or lounge and escort them to tables or other seating areas

• Key Responsibility 3: Speak with guests and report to the restaurant manager if there are any complaints. Ensure satisfaction with food and service

• Key Responsibility 4: Co-ordinate activities of food and beverage servers and other serving staff

• Key Responsibility 5: Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Relevant experience in hospitality is a preference

• Skills: Good guest communication skills

• Education/Certifications: Minimum HSC

• Other Requirements: A third language will be an advantage
