Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
A minimum of 2 years experience on a similar role or any supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
Team leader and team player.
