The Housekeeping Manager will lead a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and uphold premium guest experiences across 15 luxury suites. Job Requirements - Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager within a luxury lodge or high‑end hospitality environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate housekeeping teams - Ability to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple lodge sites - Excellent attention to detail ensuring five‑star cleanliness and presentation standards - Experience with stock control, ordering, and management of housekeeping supplies and amenities - Strong administrative skills, including guest invoicing support and departmental reporting - Ability to manage staff rosters, scheduling, and performance within a busy hospitality environment - Professional, adaptable personality suited to a dynamic management team structure - Passion for hospitality ; guest service, and maintaining luxury lodge standards - Ability to work flexible cycles in a remote reserve environment Package - Salary: **R10,000 – R14,000 per month (DOE)** - Private on‑site accommodation (studio unit with bedroom and bathroom) - Meals included or optional kitchenette upgrade - Flexible work cycles (e.g. 3/1, 6/2, 30/10 rotations) - 21 days annual leave Start Date : As soon as possible
