Job Description

  • Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate staff onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support payroll administration by ensuring timely submission of employee data and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support where necessary.
  • Assist in organizing staff training, engagement, and welfare programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation as required.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records

Other Duties:

  • Oversee the general work performance of workers on site and ensure proper roll call and attendance as required
  • Monitor Fuel usage
  • Personel Management on site.
