Employment Information

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Must have at least 2 (two) years of experience in an administrative position.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
  • Must have good communication skills in English.
  • Driver's licence and own reliable motor vehicle essential.
  • Must be willing to work additional hours (outside of normal office hours).
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, taking minutes and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Proactive and a team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, pressurized environment.
  • Strong attention to detail essential.
