A well established company based in Umdloti is looking for an HR Administrator Assistant.
Requirements:
- Brings 3–7 years of experience in HR, supporting daily HR operations and employee administration
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously and maintains accuracy across all HR functions
- Handles staff queries, including shift changes, scheduling issues, and general HR support
- Ensures all onboarding documentation for new employees is completed, including contracts, letters of appointment, and a full introduction and walk‑through of the restaurant
- Handles payroll processes using VIP Payroll, identifies red flags on timesheets, and ensures accurate payroll submissions
- Liaises with the restaurant union on employee matters and maintains professional communication
- Manages disciplinary processes and issues warnings in line with company policies and procedures
- Works overtime when required to meet operational, HR, and payroll deadlines
