Position: HR and Administration Officer
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Job Summary:
The HR and Administration Officer will support human resource and administrative functions, ensuring effective employee management, accurate records, smooth office operations, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with attendance, leave, performance, and disciplinary processes.
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate office administration, supplies, and facilities.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
• Support training and professional development activities.
• Assist with payroll-related HR information where required.
• Handle employee and administrative enquiries professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR and office administration.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment procedures.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR systems is an advantage.
