Employment Information

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, HR operations, and client account management.

Job Duties

  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
  • Oversee staff performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely administration of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, and workforce planning activities.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  •  Minimum 4 years' HR experience post-NYSC
  •  Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  •  Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws
  •  Experience in payroll and HR administration
  •  CIPM Certification/Membership is an advantage
