JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization activities for project and site personnel.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Support payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and timesheet coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and employee analytics for management review.
  • Manage HR reporting using MS Excel, including trackers, dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Support workforce planning and HR analytics to improve operational efficiency and manpower utilization.
  • Coordinate employee relations matters and support grievance handling processes.
  • Assist with visa, travel, accommodation and employee mobilization requirements where applicable.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams regarding manpower requirements and staffing updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor regulations, and site procedures.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Support administration and coordination of training and development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the construction industry preferred.
  • Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee administration.
  • Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and HR data tracking.
  • Experience in HR reporting, analytics, and manpower planning.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience supporting large manpower operations/projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems and digital reporting tools is preferred.
