Our Human Resources function is at the heart of business success, shaping how talent is hired, developed, engaged, and retained. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR disciplines, including Recruitment & Placement, Organisational Development, Training & Development, and Performance Management, experiencing firsthand how strategic HR drives business growth.

Here you will:

• Gain hands-on exposure across key HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Organisational Development; building a strong foundation in modern HR practices.
• Support real recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, screening support, onboarding, and talent pipeline development.
• Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building, and organisational improvement initiatives that create better workplace experiences.
• Assist with training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives designed to develop employee capability and performance.
• Gain practical exposure to performance management systems, KPI tracking, HR reporting, and employee development processes.
• Work on meaningful HR projects while supporting day-to-day operations that drive people and business outcomes.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced HR professionals and leaders who will support your career growth.
• Participate in structured learning sessions, workshops, and professional development activities designed to sharpen your technical and workplace skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in relevant disciplines such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Sociology, or other related fields.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to present ideas, engage people, and work collaboratively.
• Passion for Human Resources and a genuine interest in building a career in people management.
• Adaptability with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving mindset
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to take initiative.
• Must have completed National Youth Service
