This learnership provides practical working experience to HR Administration, Employee Relations, Compliance, and People Analytics in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the Group HR Manager across operational sites and assist with ad hoc HR tasks as required.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Draft warnings, disciplinary notices, sanctions, and related HR documentation.
- Support scheduling and coordination of disciplinary, incapacity, probation, performance, and ill-health enquiries with site HR teams.
- Maintain and update HR trackers daily, including training, disciplinary enquiry, and external labour matters trackers.
- Compile monthly HR reports and support HR data analysis and people analytics.
- Monitor and track leave, absenteeism, disciplinary outcomes, probation periods, and other key HR metrics and trends.
- Liaise with Department of Labour, CCMA, and equivalent labour bodies across African regions where required.
- Monitor labour and compliance audits, ensure timely resolution, and escalate any concerns
- Maintain compliance registers including National Minimum Wage implementation dates and collective wage agreement expiry tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in Human Resource Management
- Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law or Data Analytics advantageous
- 1 year HR administration or labour relations experience advantageous
- Exposure to HR systems and reporting tools beneficial
