Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- 4–6 years HR management experience
- Experience in hospitality, clubs, entertainment, or F&B industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws & statutory compliance
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding & performance management
- Strong employee relations & conflict resolution skills
- Leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HR systems, payroll & HR reporting
