HR (Site / Project) Foreman

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly organised HR (Site/Project) Foreman to join a major industrial expansion and installation project within a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment based in Mpumalanga. • Grade 12 (Matric). • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field. • Minimum 5+ years’ HR experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, shutdown, project, or plant environments. • Previous exposure to project workforce coordination highly advantageous. • Sound understanding of South African labour legislation and HR compliance. • Experience handling fixed-term contracts and project-based labour administration. • Strong disciplinary and employee relations experience. • Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, HR Systems, Payroll Platforms). • Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination abilities. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid driver’s licence advantageous. • Stable employment history with contactable references. • Local residency or willingness to relocate required. • Submit CV (Word / PDF) Ref # (TRG 2487). • Interested candidates must submit their updated CV (Word / PDF) via email , quoting the correct Ref.
