Job Details
Our client is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Human Capital Associate to support Human Capital operations across the South African business. This position will be based in Gauteng.

This role is suited to a professional with strong judgement, problem-solving ability, excellent organisational skills, and a high level of confidentiality and integrity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HC administration, compliance, and service delivery while building strong relationships with employees and Line Management.

Key responsibilities include: *Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery *Manage onboarding, induction, and employee integration processes *Administer employee expense floats and fleet card processes in line with company policies *Coordinate employee exit processes, including recoveries, documentation, and asset returns *Prepare payroll submissions, verify salary variance reports, and support payroll administration *Act as the first point of contact for HC operational queries and escalate complex matters where necessary *Maintain accurate HC records, support audits, and ensure data integrity across systems *Manage BBBEE administration and maintain audit-ready compliance documentation *Promote adherence to SHEQ standards, policies, and procedures.
 
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• A relevant Human Capital tertiary qualification (Diploma or equivalent);
• 3–5 years’ Human Capital administration or coordination experience;
• Strong knowledge of HC policies, procedures, labour legislation, and systems;
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability;
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with BEE SAGE and SAP HR advantageous;
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
