Profil recherché pour le poste : Human Resource Manager - Douala

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a professional services, engineering, or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
