Responsibilities :

- Manage compensation, benefits, and leave administration.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a professional services, engineering, or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
