DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Recruitment and Selection

  • Advertise job vacancies.
  • Screen applications and conduct interviews.
  • Select and hire suitable candidates.


2. Employee Orientation and Training

  • Introduce new employees to the organization.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  • Identify staff training needs.

3. Performance Management

  • Monitor employee performance.
  • Conduct performance appraisals.
  • Recommend promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.

4. Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Manage salaries, wages, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure payroll is processed correctly.
  • Review compensation policies.

5. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and complaints.
  • Promote a positive work environment.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts.

6. Policy Development and Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records.

7. Health and Safety Management

  • Promote workplace health and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate employee wellness programs.

8. Workforce Planning

  • Assess staffing needs.
  • Develop succession plans.
  • Forecast future workforce requirements.

9. Disciplinary and Conflict Management

  • Investigate misconduct cases.
  • Administer disciplinary procedures fairly.
  • Mediate disputes between employees.

10. Strategic HR Management

  • Advise management on HR matters.
  • Support organizational goals through effective people management.
  • Develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Barchelor's Degree or Diploma in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
  • Must be emotionally stable to handle leave concerns, salary concerns, attendance concerns  payroll concerns
  • 2 years work experience
