Job Summary
Polaris Digitech Limited is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources functions. The role will drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee HR operations, policies, and ensure full regulatory compliance
- Drive performance management systems linked to organizational objectives
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness
- Partner with leadership to improve organizational design, productivity, and culture
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and change management initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to support decision-making
- Identify capability gaps and implement learning & development strategies
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and best HR practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial & Labour Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
- Professional HR certification CIPM or equivalent is mandatory
- Master’s degree in HR or related field is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
