An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead, rebuild and strengthen the HR function within a growing operational business.

We are looking for a hands-on HR leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to drive compliance, improve governance, strengthen employee relations, implement accountability structures and ensure labour-law compliance across the organisation. This is not a purely strategic role. It requires an individual who can build structure, enforce standards and create a fair but accountable workplace culture.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Industrial Psychology or related field.
Minimum 8 years' HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership, HR Operations or Employee Relations role.

SABPP membership or similar professional affiliation.
Experience in multi-site or operational environments.
Experience with Sage, VIP, PaySpace or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
Experience in founder-led, growing or entrepreneurial businesses.
Proven track record of improving HR governance and operational controls
