Human Resources Manager Position – Chingola Location:
Chingola, Copperbelt, Zambia Salary:
K15,000 per month Start Date:
- January 2027 Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is an advantage.
- Mandatory full membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
- 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within mining or industrial sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s licence is required.
- All academic and professional qualifications must be verified or validated by ZAQA where applicable.
Safety Manager Role – Human Resources Manager Jobs in Chingola Location:
Chingola, Copperbelt, Zambia Salary:
K15,000 per month Start Date:
January 2027 Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Safety Management, or related field. Professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus.
5 to 8 years of relevant safety experience, ideally in mining or heavy industrial environments. Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and mining safety protocols. Valid Silicosis Certificate or Medical Clearance is mandatory.
Valid First Aid Certificate required. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
