About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and drive all HR functions within a fast-growing real estate organization.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a high-performance workforce, strengthening company culture, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for sales, operations, and corporate roles
  • Drive performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal frameworks
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies
  • Lead training and development programs to improve workforce productivity
  • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits structure
  • Build and promote a strong organizational culture focused on performance, accountability, and customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales-driven, or service-based organizations is a strong advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
