Unik Construction Engineering Namibia (Pty) Ltd, registered in 2013, located at 26 Rensburger Street, Lafrenz, Windhoek, specializes in larger scale projects ranging from road and bridge construction, water and sewer services, residential, commercial, industrial buildings and infrastructure development.
Responsibilities:
- Advise management on human resources matters.
- Assist with recruitment and payroll administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Administer employee benefits.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of the Namibian Labour Act and applicable labour legislation.
