ICT Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional with strong business development capabilities and the ability to build long-term customer relationships within the IT and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and identify sales opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Promote and sell ICT solutions including:
    • Network cameras
    • Commercial displays
    • Digital signage
    • Interactive screens
    • Storage and computing solutions
    • Enterprise networking
    • Cloud-based management platforms
  • Conduct cold calling, prospecting, networking, and client visits
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives
  • Engage with decision-makers up to C-Level
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and territory analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within an IT / ICT environment
  • Proven business development and account management experience with enterprise customers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven with a proven sales track record
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
